Changi Travel Services Pte Ltd – Digital Content Intern (3 / 6 Months)

This marketing internship will allow you to gain a hands-on experience of working & marketing for the Retail front in the dynamic travel & tourism industry. Be exposed to new opportunities & learn the best practices of marketing from not only the digital angle but also offline/on the ground end.

Job Description

• Assist in Map replenishment on airport racks of all 4 terminals (including collecting packages from storeroom using baggage trolley) as and when required.
• Conduct research and create engaging listicles on trending lifestyle and travel topics in Singapore and other popular destinations.
• Plan, schedule, and manage social media posts for contests and giveaways to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Assist in formatting and sourcing high-quality images from hotels, attractions, and places of interest for travel-related content.

Job Requirements

• Commit for 3-6 months.
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, English, Tourism or equivalent
• Able to commit for at least 3 months
• Basic knowledge in Adobe illustrator/ Photoshop / Canva
• Candidates must have the ability to carry small packages of maps
• Resourceful and personable character who appreciates and works well in a culture of trust and candour
• Team player with initiative, willingness to learn, appreciate mentoring/knowledge sharing among team members
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
