Key Job Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of leisure operations including managing ticketing and tour packages
- Provide expert knowledge to different clientele in areas of leisure operations
- All other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Minimum Job Requirements
- Diploma with at least 2 years experience in Corporate Ticketing, ideally Diploma in Tourism Management and IATA UFTAA Diploma
- Ticketing knowledge familiar with the GDS Sabre reservation system to book flights, issuance, re-issuance and refund
- Experience in the travel industry and knowing how to assist clients in travel planning
- Proactive and motivated team player with good interpersonal skill
- Self-driven and independent with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet deadlines
