We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager with experience in digital marketing campaigns on social media, search engine platforms and ecommerce platforms. The successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of a customer’s digital journey, the relevant types of contents that inform and influence them and work on digital marketing efforts to optimize our performance on ecommerce platforms, search engine as well as social media.
Responsibilities
• To translate business objectives and branding goals into tangible digital marketing strategy and tactics as part of total marketing strategy
• Ableto work closely with cross-functional teams (including contents marketing and design teams) to create suitable contents for every stage of a customer’s digital journey
• Work closely with account managers of social media, search engine, youtube and ecommerce platforms (such as Lazada, Qoo10, Carousell, Amazon, etc) to enhance digital marketing presence and optimize performance
• Manage paid digital ads’ budgets to achieve desired digital marketing metrics (traffic, leads, acquisitions and purchase conversions)
• Set, monitor and keep experimenting with A/B testing to keep improving digital marketing performance and conversions to purchase
• Responsible for Popsical’s presence and performance on all ecommerce platforms including Lazada, Carousell, Amazon and others
• Keep abreast of industry developments and trends for social media, ecommerce and digital marketing and to keep optimizing efforts to best capitalize on these trends and developments
• Brainstorm new ideas, partnerships and activations that connect and enhance the offline efforts to our online digital presence
• Conducts regular digital campaign audits and gap analyses to evaluate performance and to strive for constant improvements
•Ability to meet deadlines while working on projects
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in any field
• At least 2 Year(s) of relevant experience in ecommerce/ digital marketing field for this position.
• Familiar with Google Analytics, bulk Editing, multi-attribution modelling, bid management across networks, A/B testing of adverts, Google adwords, facebook business manager, Mailchimp and Marketo
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, typography and layouts.
• Familiarity with Shopify is a bonus
