• Perform cold calls to prospective clients with assigned leads
• Deliver scripted messaging
• Input data on call made onto CRM daily
• Ask pertinent questions to understand customers’ requirements
• Perform warm call to follow-up Job Requirements:
• Minimum GCE O Level with 1 year experience in same capacity
• Strong telephone skills
• Strong work ethics
• Ability to work independently and with team
• Proactive with a “can-do” attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Other Information: • Working Location: Tanjong Pagar MRT
• Working Hours: 10.30am to 5.30pm (Office)
• Working Days: Mon to Fri for interns
• Basic Salary: $1200 (With incentives)
• Part timer $8-10 per hour with incentives as well
