We are looking for an HR Intern who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR programs; namely talent acquisition, onboarding, employee communications, and engagement. This internship will present an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the HR generalist field.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Support in the recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordinating and selection of candidates and background verification checks.
- Lead the employee pre- and onboarding process
- Support APAC employee engagement initiatives
- Lead the internal employee communication activities
- Assist in day-to-day HR activities across the employee life cycle
- Participate in HR-related projects
- Performs other duties as assigned
Desired Background
- Students pursuing a major in HR or a similar field preferably
- Basic understanding of HR Practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a team as well as independently
