Job Description

We are inviting candidates for the position of:



IT Assistant

The IT Assistant reports to IT Manager and manages and provides hardware & software maintenance, troubleshooting, consultation and recommendations about future planning and development of resources.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing leadership in the planning, implementation and management of IT infrastructure and end user support in alignment with the Company’s business objectives
  • Management of all networks, servers, client desktops, email system, IT security, IT Policy, IP telephony and IT assets
  • Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with the latest hardware and software
  • Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Computer Science or Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the IT field
  • Proficient knowledge on troubleshooting, networks, network administration and network installation for Mac OS and Windows OS (Apple & Microsoft system license preferred)
  • An excellent team player with excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills, organizing skills and supervisory skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility with high urgency
  • Demonstrates excellent time management with ability to multi-task and ensure tasks and/or assignments are completed within the given timeline
  • Good written and spoken English is a must; additional language such as Korean will be an added advantage
  • Ability to handle stress in a fast paced environment
