Strategic Planning Intern 

Job description (Full-time internship)

We are seeking an insight-hungry Strategic Planning Intern with a genuine interest in Strategic Planning across the spectrum - from Brand Planning and Creative Strategy to Comms and Content Planning to join our highly dynamic, multi-disciplinary team. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Uncovering unique insight and directions that unlock customer and business value
• Analyzing and synthetizing a variety of research (market, trends etc.) and analysis techniques to form strategic frameworks
• Transferring strategic thought processes into verbally- and visually-persuasive PowerPoint decks
• Preparing briefs and briefing stimulus for Creative
• Developing good working relationships inter-departmentally through insight and recommendation

Intern Requirements and Qualifications: 

• Resourceful - able to attack problems from many different angles; good left-brain/right-brain clarity and balance.
• Restlessly curious – always wanting to understand more; always seeking better solutions; always at the forefront of trends.
• Rapid – naturally quick in thinking, adapting and delivering.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Past Internship experience in strategic planning experience in a creative ad agency, would be a bonus
• Basic understanding of insight generation, preparing briefs, market knowledge, trends and digital and social platforms popular in SEAO countries.
• Desire to gain experience in handling projects and collaboratively assist to deliver briefs.
