Job Description
  1. Curriculum Development: Develop English language teaching plans for entrance exams, design teaching objectives, and course outlines based on school requirements and exam content.
  2. Materials Preparation: Select and prepare suitable English teaching materials and learning resources for entrance exams, ensuring alignment between teaching content and exam requirements.
  3. Instructional Teaching: Teach English language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, to help students improve their English proficiency. This includes training in vocabulary, grammar, reading comprehension, and writing skills.
  4. Exam Simulation: Organise mock exams to familiarise students with the exam format and time constraints. Provide feedback and guidance to help them improve and enhance their exam performance.
  5. Student Assessment: Assess students' English language proficiency, track their learning progress, and provide individual guidance and coaching. Adjust teaching methods and content based on students' needs and abilities.
  6. Learning Support: Provide learning support and tutoring to students, answer their questions during the learning process, and encourage active participation in classroom activities and discussions.
  7. Parent Communication: Communicate with students' parents, introduce students' learning progress and achievements, provide advice and feedback to promote student improvement.
  8. Exam Result Analysis: Analyse students' exam results, identify weaknesses and areas for improvement, develop individualised learning plans to help them enhance their exam scores.
  9. Resource Management: Manage teaching resources, including textbooks, multimedia devices, and other teaching aids, to ensure smooth teaching processes.
  10. Confidentiality and Compliance: Ensure proper safeguarding of confidential information of the organization and comply with relevant laws, regulations, and rules.
