Job Description

Front Desk / Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service to ensure experience for the customer, consistent with their expectation of a premium brand.

To attend to walk-in customer’s needs and enquiries through telephone and booking for services.

Cold call to long lost customers/potential leads.

Demonstrate an ability to analyse and differentiate customer needs and expectation.

To build up rapport with customers. Channel feedbacks and enquiries for service enhancement and related matters in the shortest possible time.

Handle HQ office and customer service administrative duties.

Handle processing of customer service invoices and filings.

To attend customer feedback / complain when received through telephone and email.

Daily administrative duties, customer database, stocks, inventory and cleanliness of the outlet/environment.

To take on ad hoc project and other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in operations and customer service role

Excellent command of spoken and written English

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Highly motivated and positive-minded

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Required to work within retail hours (6 off day including 2 weekend off per month)

Prior experience in the beauty/aesthetics industry would be an added advantage.

Self disciplined, proactive and have strong sense of urgency

Ability to multi task and strive well under pressure

Demonstrates a positive attitude and able to work both independently and in a team

Able to start work immediately/short notice
