The candidate will be part of the Marketing/ Creative & Design team in growing our brand presence and customer base for the company.
Responsibilities
Actively plan & implement initiatives to grow market share/category and increase brand awareness
Deploy successful e-commerce marketing campaigns aligned with overall business direction
Manage the marketing mix of pricing, promotion, products & distribution to improve profitability & sales
Implement & track responses of marketing strategies by working closely with sales team & strategic stakeholders
Monitor the company’s marketing budget
Generation of regular reports to track and update management on the effectiveness of each marketing activity
Managing all marketing activities for the Brand
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
To take on ad hoc project and other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements
Bachelor or Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field
Preferably with at least 2 years FMCG (skincare) background of relevant experience (good organizational skills and an eye for details)
Effectively bilingual in both spoken and written English
Sensitive to existing and new trends in the retail/online marketplace
Self disciplined, proactive and have strong sense of urgency
Ability to multi task and strive well under pressure
Possess good interpersonal and communication and analytical skills
Demonstrates a positive attitude and able to work both independently and in a team
Able to start work immediately/short notice
