Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations ie take orders, prepare and serve beverages to customers.
- Attend to walk-in customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Attend to customers’ queries and feedback to provide positive customers’ experiences.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and tidiness of work areas / within the counter.
- Prepare drinks by following the prescribed recipes and preparation techniques; adhere to the operating procedures on all beverages to maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards.
- Ensure sufficient stock at all times by monitoring tea inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, restocking supplies, handling stock delivery upon arrival.
- Provide feedback/comments/constructive input to improve processes/practices.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Passionate about providing efficient and friendly service standards.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- At least 1-year relevant working experience, preferably with experience working in bubble tea store.
- Ability to adapt and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
- Respectful team player who works cordially with peers and others.
- Clean and hygienic in food handling.
- Possess a valid food hygiene and safety certification.
- Training will be provided.
- Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
- Singaporeans / SPR preferred.
