Position Objective:
Assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties.
- Provide front desk/reception duties for the office, which includes handling of all phone call, and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally
- Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner
- Collect and distribute incoming mails and handle courier services
- Develop and maintain a tracking system on all incoming & outgoing mails and courier items for the office
- Perform general administrative duties
- Perform data entry and filing tasks
- Assist with staff onboarding
- Assist in the coordination of ad-hoc company functions/events
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when require
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- freshes are welcome to apply
- 1 to 2 years of relevant administration experience is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Meticulous, strong organization and communication skills
- Highly responsible with a sense of teamwork
- With a can-do attitude
- Good writing skills (English and Chinese)
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice preferred
