The Opportunity

Job Description

  • Support the core team in ensuring the smooth running of the office operations
  • Maintaining and look for ways to improve the current filing and database system,
  • Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
  • Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
  • Producing reports and presentations
  • Maintain Strong Client Relationships
  • Organizing meetings and booking meeting rooms

 

Skills Required

  • Exceptional and effective verbal and communication skills
  • Active listener and effective communicator
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively
