• Source for suitable candidates through various online media platforms/channels e.g. Job portals, social media etc.
• Draft/ update job descriptions as necessary & posting job advertisements on job portals
• Maintain record of applications, resumes & applicant logs
• Assess applications, arrange interviews and conduct initial screening of candidates
• Ensure candidates meet job requirements
• Follow-up on candidates
• Go through necessary recruitment documents and contracts with applicants
• Plan & organise external recruitment campaign
• Liaise with colleges/universities, review schools and building rapport with potential hires by attending school activities e.g. Job fairs
• Handle & follow-through on entire recruitment process
• On-going communication & collaboration with manager/ supervisor
• Keep human resource information confidential
• Attend to ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Ideal Applicant:

• At least a Diploma/ ‘A’ Levels holder
• Singaporean or Singapore PR
• Strong interpersonal skills & enjoy meeting people
• Meticulous & careful in administrative / contract matters
• Outspoken & friendly personality
• Preferably have some experience in recruitment or majored in human resource/ recruitment or related
• Initiative & self-driven
• Result -oriented
• Both independent & a team player’
• Positive and passionate about the ‘people’ industry
• Active in activities outside of schoolwork (eg. Members of CCA(s)/clubs/ societies
