Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in business development activities, market research, client relationship management, and strategic planning within the construction equipment rental industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business opportunities.
   Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to support strategic decision-making.
   Compile and present research findings to the business development team.
2. Lead Generation and Outreach:Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.
   Assist in developing and implementing outreach strategies to attract new clients.
   Support the team in maintaining a database of prospective clients and tracking engagement.
3. Client Relationship Management:Assist in managing existing client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
   Coordinate with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts.
   Follow up with clients on inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
4. Strategic Planning:Collaborate with the business development team to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth targets.
   Assist in identifying new market segments and service offerings to expand the company’s market presence.
   Support the development of marketing materials and campaigns.
5. Reporting and Documentation:Prepare regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and client feedback.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
