As our HR & Business Analyst intern, you would gain knowledge in a multitude of HR & strategising responsibilities by having the opportunity to lead/co-lead certain projects. You will partner closely HR & key leaders to have an overview of the business and drive process improvement initiatives. You will also gain exposure collaborating cross-functionally and across SEA in an exciting and fast-paced environment of the luxury fashion industry.
Job Description
You will be involved in several key projects in a span of 6 months in both Finance and Human Resources Department.
Business Analysis
- Reporting of information on performances
- Financial Analysis, P&L analysis, business comments
- Sales reports preparation and automation (Weekly and monthly retail sales, local/tourist sales, etc)
- Participate in the forecast process
- Work on incentives and commission scheme and policy
Onboarding Program
- Support HR team to revamp the onboarding process to enhance employee experience
- Redesign the current onboarding materials and handbook (emails/powerpoint/sharepoint/HR KNOW app) to create a seamless onboarding experience
- Conceptual the welcome kits/packs and buddy system with retail team
Any other projects and tasks as assigned by your reporting managers.
