Job Description

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

Retail Operations Support 

  • Consolidate and review monthly rosters and retail teams’ annual leave planning 
  • Compute monthly or ad-hoc sales incentives for HR to proceed to payroll 
  • Analyze tailor’s job tasks and propose to maximize the efficiency and image 
  • Manage supply of sales invoices and stationery 
  • Study Packaging order & optimization the space 
  • Retail performance follow-up and education via new platforms eg. Dior Star and HR Know App 
  • Uniform order consolidation from stores – to review and submit cost to Merchandising and Finance 
  • Stock take organization and results – to propose ideas to improve process 
  • Flag negative stock and different bins, notably BIN 07 ACCO 
  • Store attachment – to enable observation and support during peak season 
  • Any other job scopes to be assigned by immediate reporting manager

Other projects relating to Finance 

  • Assist for Store Maintenance 
  • Support BISE (Best In Stock Excellence) project 
  • Assist for CARE management

[PREREQUISITES]

Education & Professional Qualifications 

University graduate from any discipline 

Work Experience 

Preferably with experience in retail industry eg. part-time

Skills 

  • Good communication skills
  • Great team player and ability to motivate people 
  • Ability to multi-task and manage tight timeline 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) High level of professionalism, especially in maintaining discretion in confidential situations.

  • Timeline-oriented, well-organized and detail-oriented 
  • Driven by results Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong fashion sense
