Chuan Yang Ji was established in 2008 and is the only health soup pot restaurant in Singapore that provides high-quality lamb. In 2012, in order to ensure the food safety and quality of each store, a self-operated central kitchen was set up to provide each store with semi-finished products and finished products produced on the day, greatly improving product quality and customer satisfaction.
Kitchen Crew
Responsible:
Prepare and cook food for all customers according to the restaurant’s service standards and procedures.
Preparation work if kitchen opening and closing operation hours.
Food production: make sure the end product and the cooking process conforms to company’s standard and procedures, and at the same time has a good sense of preventing and recording of losses.
Maintain good hygiene and cleanliness of individuals by following basic grooming and hygiene.
Any other job-related duties assigned.
Experience in a Chinese restaurant will be an advantage (On the job training provided)
Service Crew
Responsible:
Greet and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner
Serving, clearing dishes, and preparation of beverages
Respond to customer complaints and questions, resolving issues where possible, and referring customers to managers as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the restaurant
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
