ENRICHMENT CONSULTANT
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
Developing new avenues of business with existing & new clients/schools
Develop business plan and implement strategies for growth
Engage potential clients/schools to determine their needs and work with faculty in developing programme proposals on time
Write proposals for education programmes for current and potential clients/schools.
Market existing programmes to targeted audiences
Oversee implementation of programmes (including being directly involved with logistic support) predominantly in Singapore
Communicate and work closely with the Coordination team in enhancing and exceeding customer's learning experience
Requirements:
Candidates who has no prior experience but are driven and wanting to succeed are welcome
Keen interest in the education/training industry
Ability to innovate and communicate ideas effectively
Proven ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment
Team player and agile learner who is keen to work with faculty to develop outstanding tailor-made solutions for clients/schools
Ability to plan, prioritize and execute multiple simultaneous projects
Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role
Experience in training/school industry would be advantageous
Demonstrated ability to think analytically
Excellent customer orientation and account management skills
Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
Having a growth mindset and continuous development
