Job Description

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a customer-centric person that is excited about being an evangelist for our customers with the best advise/ support on questions around digital features, account opening and services.

You must be a self-starter and comfortable with people. In this role, you must always be curious to learn about what CIMB offers and be able to articulate well to our customers. If you are highly energetic and want to gain experience in collaborating with internal stakeholders and customers, this could be the perfect role for you. This role reports direct to the Branch service manager/ Head of digital banking and partnership.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customer in queries on Digital features, account opening and other services.
  • Assist in activity monitoring and reporting.
  • Manage customer’s queries and feedback to ensure a fair and proper resolution experience for the customer and drive engagement activities.
  • Communicate to management on issue and track activity and performance.
  • Provide feedback on opportunities in development of new concepts from customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Excellent disposition, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving and presentation skills
  • Positive attitude, Able to motivate customers
