Job Description

Intern, Digital Marketing & Analytics [Full-time From September 2024 to December 2024 / January 2024]


The role will be responsible for supporting the department in improving customer experience, website conversion optimization, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), as well as improving the department’s overall workflow and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Conversion Optimisation

  • Assist in thorough analysis of website, identifying areas for improvement and conversion rate optimization
  • Assist in in-depth user research and analysis to understand user behaviour, preferences and pain points
  • Assist in developing and executing A/B and multivariate testing strategies to improve key conversion metrics
  • Utilize web analytics tools to monitor user behaviour, track key performance indicators, and identify trends and insights
  • Generate data-driven insights and recommendations to improve user experiences and drive conversion rate improvements
  • Provide regular reports and updates on conversion optimization performance to stakeholders

Website SEO

  • Perform keyword research, conduct competitive analysis to understand gaps
  • Create engaging website content that is aligned with the brand’s tone of voice and publicizing that through our Content Management System (CMS)
  • Track and monitor existing pages for keyword ranking positions and collaborate with other stakeholders in optimizing content to increase organic search rankings
  • Audit content regularly on the site to ensure that they are factually accurate and are on brand

Workflow and Processes

  • Collect feedback from the team to understand the pain points and challenges in the current workflow and processes within the department
  • Develop automated workflow or processes by using various tools such as MS Forms, MS Power Automate, etc.
  • Actively propose solutions to recommendations to improve work efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is preferred
  • Possess strong analytical skills and keen eyes for details
  • Experience with Google Search Console, Web Analytics or Website AB Testing, Adobe Experience Manager or other relevant digital marketing tools are a plus
  • Willingness to learn about SEO, website analytics and website optimization
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written
  • Highly motivated, able to function effectively in a high pressure, multi-task environment and adhere to deadlines
  • Resourceful, positive thinker and problem solver
