Job Description

Customer Service & Operations Intern (Vendor Management) - Convertible To Full-time


Circles.Life is looking for a Customer Service & Operations Intern (Vendor Management) who will be a major driver in setting up and running the CS and operational requirements for an exciting new Circles.Life project.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with multiple vendors against tight timelines to ensure successful and timely product execution and delivery
  • Translating business requirements into functional requirements across Operations and Customer Service
  • Crafting and reviewing Statement of Work with vendor partners; ensuring alignment across all stakeholders involved
  • Setting up FAQ content page and working with relevant parties to populate necessary pages
  • Review, analyse and summarise performance reports; conduct root cause analyses and propose recommendations targeted at problems identified

Requirements:

  • Must be able to commit to a period of at least 4 months with intentions to be converted to a full-time permanent employee
  • Bachelor degree in Business; operations major preferred
  • Graduate or penultimate-year university student with experience in the delivery and logistics industry preferred (with intent of conversion post-internship)
  • Strong project management and communication (verbal and written) skills required
  • Ability to perform quantitative analysis (on Excel) and strong analytical ability to understand the drivers behind the numbers
