Role
We have an opening for a Talent Acquisition Intern who wants to gain valuable experience and exposure at a rapidly scaling telco startup in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Employee Engagement Responsibilities
- Develop materials for internal communications not limited to (EG. Newsletter, Intranet postings, Presentations or eDMs
- Organize company and employee engagement events
- Work closely with TA business partner/lead to develope SOP for TA related procedures
- Source active and passive candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, job boards, events, CRM, ATS, and employee referrals
- Work with recruiter(s) and hiring managers to effectively profile specific criteria and skill sets for each role, generate ideas around sourcing strategies, use resources and share information that builds an effective search process
- Generate a high volume/high-quality pipelines of candidates for multiple requisitions under very tight deadlines
- Provide pre-qualified candidates who are the best match for the assigned positions through active ongoing candidate campaigns
- Develop or use existing tracking systems, metrics and reports to demonstrate successful lead generation of candidates throughout the different stages of candidate sourcing
Requirements
- Proficient in English Familiar with writing business reports
- Must be self-motivated and demonstrate strong initiative
- Recruitment experience is a bonus but not mandatory
- Open to Singaporean & foreign students for an internship with a minimum of 3-6 months full-time commitment. Ideally start as soon as possible
