Role

We’re looking for a Customer Relation Management Intern (CRM Intern) to join our award-winning Marketing team. In this role, the intern will have a chance to work collaboratively with different stakeholders within the marketing team.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to make a positive difference to our direct marketing channels (Email, App Push, Web Push, SMS), since our company is at the stage of hyper-growth in multiple markets in the region. This role will be reporting to the CRM Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise and execute selected CRM campaigns from end to end – this includes copywriting, simple HTML coding and customer segmentation
  • Continuously optimise channel performance through A/B testing and data analysis
  • Support the CRM Manager in lead management & amp; life-cycle campaigns
  • Work closely with the CRM Manager in various high-impact CRM Projects

Requirements

  • A real passion for digital marketing
  • Great copywriting skills
  • Basic HTML and Excel skills are great to have
  • A proactive and can-do attitude
