We are a Singapore-based event-management and production agency with 22 years track record.
As an Event Coordinator, you will work with the Account Service team in managing the operational processes and ensuring the smooth execution of events and projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage department’s event and administrative duties
- Assist Project Leads for new project presentations, participate in brainstorming sessions, update project progress and handle logistics arrangement
- Assist in sourcing, liaising and coordinate with third-parties’ vendor, suppliers and contractors
- Assist Project Leads for event preparation and support onsite setup and teardown
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and work within a high demand work environment.
- Ensure effective vendor engagement and selection on project while working with Project Leads on negotiations (venue, contractors and suppliers)
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels. Must be able to develop and nurture collaborative, respectful relationships internally and externally at all levels.
- Able to travel for events (local and international)
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
