We are looking for an Event Executive to be part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must posses a balance of rational and logical decision making skills as well an expansive creative imagination in concept development and implementation.
As an Event Executive, you will work with the Account Service team in managing the operational processes and ensuring the smooth execution of events and projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting the Account Manager in handling day to day administration of accounts (work flow control, meetings, minutes, estimates, records, checking etc)
Coordination of RFPs, hotel/venue site selection and inspection (if needed),
Updating the marketing activity calendar
Managing and overseeing online event registration system as well as creating RSVP reports pre and post event.
Compiling hotel rooming list when required
Co-ordinate content development for marketing / communications materials.
Implementing processes for event survey and providing statistical report for meetings and event surveys.
Sourcing of gifts and other event-related collaterals.
Learning & applying the principles of brand guidelines
Able to travel for regional and international events
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Detailed and highly organized person with the ability to adapt to change.
Able to effectively communicate with people at all levels, internally and externally.
Background in social media marketing is a plus
A collaborator and team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well versed in creating content for social media is a plus
Ability to be creative, efficient and productive with minimal supervision or guidance
Strong multi-tasking skills
Inquisitive and passionate about learning
