RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the entire search and recruitment process from sourcing the best talent to delivery, with comprehensive support and engaging training from our company,
- Support and/co-conduct in face to face structured interviews to assess candidates’ competencies, motivation and fit for the role.
- Learn to be an expert in Competency Based behaviour interview and have broad knowledge in candidate assessment tools.
- Understand candidate’s motivation and how to manage candidate’s expectations
- Utilise your people’s skills to communicate with candidates
- Assist in publicizing and attracting talent for our job openings
- Source for strong candidates with potential
- Support the marketing aspect by posting jobs on our social media platforms, keeping a tab on feedback and updates
- Control the content instead being controlled by content
- Update and Maintain the knowledge database
- Help grow our digital presence through social media channels using different platforms and 360 degree marketing campaign initiatives
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Have a deep understanding of HR, talent acquisition especially in areas recruitment and selection
- Must be extremely detail- oriented with strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
- Organised with strong writing skills and a flair to create exciting content on social media platforms
- Great communication and people skills
- Flexible in work functions and duties
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
