Job Scope:
- Accounts receivable – ensure all outstanding receivables are recovered
- Post all transactions after contract is received
- Perform sales reconciliation
- Administrative support (eg. Filing, Managing store room, Courier, Depositing cheques and cash and other admin job)
Requirements:
- Required Skill(s): Excel, Microsoft Office, MYOB software
- No work experience required
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Understanding basics of accounting
- Good eye for detail and numbers
- Good attitude
- Open to Singaporean or PR only
