PART TIME RECEPTIONIST (WEST)
Working hours:
Weekdays: 830am-9pm/830am-1pm/1pm-9pm
Weekends & PHs: 9am-9pm/9am-3pm/3pm-9pm
Jobscope:
Assist membership enquiries, signup and renewal
Assist facilities enquiries, booking and payment
Assist events/courses/classes booking and payment
Handle walk in enquiries
Handle phonecall and emails
Other Ad-hoc duties
Pay range:
$10/hr weekdays and $11/hr weekends and PH
Need to have the following:
Basic computer skills
Know Microsoft outlook, excel, word and powerpoint
Good typing skills
Outgoing
