Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a resourceful and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:

    • Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Handle correspondence and communication, including drafting emails, memos, and reports.
    • Prepare and manage documents and presentations for meetings and events.
    • Conduct research and compile information as needed for decision-making.
  2. Travel and Event Coordination:

    • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
    • Organize and manage events, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
    • Ensure all logistics are handled efficiently and effectively.
  3. Personal Assistance:

    • Assist with personal tasks and errands, such as managing household services or coordinating personal appointments.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Provide support for personal projects and tasks as requested.
  4. Office Management:

    • Ensure that the executive’s office is well-organized and equipped.
    • Liaise with other staff members and departments to facilitate smooth operations.
    • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
  5. Communication and Liaison:

    • Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal or external stakeholders.
    • Handle phone calls and messages, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
    • Foster positive relationships with clients, partners, and other key contacts.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
