Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations: Assist in daily warehouse activities, including cargo handling, inventory management, and process optimization.
Aviation Cargo Handling: Learn the specialized requirements for managing aviation logistics, including storage, documentation, and compliance.
Warehouse Management System (WMS): Gain hands-on experience using WMS for inventory tracking, order processing, and reporting.
Customer Service Operations: Support client interactions, respond to logistics-related inquiries, and assist in coordinating shipments.
Sales Support & Coordination: Handle sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and assist in developing logistics solutions for customers.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and contribute to workflow optimization.
Cross-Functional Exposure: Collaborate with different teams, including warehouse staff, customer service, and operations, to understand end-to-end logistics.
Eligibility:
Full-time tertiary students from education institutions, including Institutes of Technical Education (ITEs), Polytechnics and Universities.
