• Provide support in human resource shared services, not limited to new hire orientation, keeping our internal database up to date, etc. 
• Assist in the planning and implementation of employee engagement initiatives i.e. company-wide events, seminars, snacks day, etc Administering the task of maintaining accurate records for our employee benefits. 
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements: 

• Preferably a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or Business equivalent qualitifications 
• Positive attitude with good oral and written communication skills Adept at use of Microsoft, Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint Keen interest and initiative to learn, self-driven and a team player
•  Candidate with no experience are welcome as training will be provided
