THE ROLE:
The Customer Experience Intern will be responsible for reinforcing the APAC team to ensure we drive the best-in-class customer experience across omni-channel touch points. He/She will also assist in analyzing the performance of NPS and Customer Care KPIs, and support in project management on selected campaigns and launch of new initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Analyze and monitor NPS and CSAT in the APAC region for both offline and online channels
- Utilize NPS and data analytics tools to determine areas of improvement, and draw conclusions regarding detractor and passive customer behaviours
- Qualitative follow-up: Listen to voice call records, customer verbatim/reviews from CSAT and identify areas of optimization
- Update user manuals, training materials and SOP guidelines associated with NPS and Customer Care tools for delivery to the APAC markets
- Provide support on the optimization of projects/tools related to NPS and Customer Care
Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title Customer Experience Intern (Jul - Dec 2022).
YOU HAVE:
- In process of attaining Business or Economics Degree, focus on Business Management/Marketing/eCommerce/Data
- Intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong presentation skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused, results-oriented and passionate about customer engagement
- Strong interest in understanding consumer insights and behaviour, with an eye for detail
- Good with numbers, have strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Digitally-minded with an awareness of online trends and innovations
- Business proficiency in written and spoken English
- Business proficiency in any other language (French is a plus)
- Ability to communicate clearly and create good relations with others
- Strong collaborator and resourceful in finding ways to get things done
- Open-minded, adaptive to change and flexible in an evolving fast-paced environment
- Displays strong initiative, thorough, organized, dependable and able to work under pressure
- Has a positive work attitude and genuinely looking forward to new challenges
