The therapist role is to execute treatment and advises to customer. She must be ready to serve and give professional advice to the customers. 

Job Description

GENERAL ATTITIUDE AND DISICIPLINE

  • To prepare room for the first appointment of the day
  • Prepare room for her first customer
  • To collect IPod and tablets
  • To ensure that lights, bed, music and room temperature are set correctly.
  • To check that trolleys have sufficient products, disposals and rooms are ready to serve.
  • To request for replenishment of stocks for trolley with Customer Services Executive when required.
  • To be ready for briefing
  • To attend daily briefing session with OM / CSS.
  • Must be aware of customers’ profile and buying behaviors prior to her arrival.
  • To know what to promote / sell advise before she comes with the advice from the Client Dossier / OM.
  • To know how many packages are balanced and CCB points left so that you will follow-up with up-selling or propose redemption of rewards.

SERVICE

  • To receive clients at the Welcome or Lounge / VIP areas
  • Greet with warmth and introduce one-self (if she is first time customer to you).
  • To do a quick consultation and follow-up with her last program.
  • Advise her on the retail products that will work for her from what you find out via your consultation
  • To explain to her how the treatment is going to work on her, how the Pro Formulas going to treat her skin conditions / concerns using a tablet.
  • To use tablet as a tool to convince or to check her records. In the event the tablet is not implemented yet, use the Client Dossier.
  • Offer another drink before treatment, suggest visit to the restroom prior to the treatment.
  • To introduce the retail area and what is key launch for the month (visual / tester stand).
  • Introduce the re-powdered area. Inform where you are going to meet up after the treatment.
  • More intimate skin check to be done in the treatment room for privacy reasons.
  • To welcome her to her treatment room
  • Introduce the lightings and its purposes before customer lie on the bed.
  • Install her (To show and explain the hygiene pack, shoes and jewellery to place in a safe place).
