Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for an Intern - Finance (6 Months Contract) based in Singapore.

 

THE ROLE:

Aligned to the Clarins vision, we are looking for an individual who believes in the Clarins values, to be part of the Corporate Finance team. The individual is responsible for supplier onboarding to e-invoicing platform, end-to-end supplier invoice processing, 3-way matching and reconciliation, monitoring, tracking and follow ups, and ensuring processes are in adherence to company policies.

He / She must be a good team player with strong sense of responsibility and accountability, performance driven, people centric, able to display a pleasant personality, and has the agility to take up challenges in a dynamic growth environment.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Support vendor onboarding to e-invoicing platform
  • Manage day-to-day invoice processing with accuracy and completeness
  • Perform reconciliation and follow up on issues and resolutions
  • Review, rectify, update and maintain the integrity of vendor master data
  • Guide internal and external stakeholders on relevant step-by-step processes as required
  • Execute any other accounts payable tasks and projects as assigned
  • Ensure all tasks assigned are delivered with respect to predefined deadlines

Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title Intern - Finance (6 Months Contract).

 

YOU HAVE:

  • Able to commit internship period from July - December
  • Minimum Diploma in Finance or related field
  • No particular experience required but generally eager to learn and discover a fast-paced business in a multi-cultural and dynamic international company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Hands-on, able to multi-task, attention to detail, and results-orientated
  • Good team player, strong commitment, and drive to complete tasks within deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills, including ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders
