THE ROLE:
As an Intern - Marketing, you will play a crucial part in our mission to become the most trusted, customer-centric beauty company. You will support the marketing team in various functions, including branding, customer relationship management (CRM), and event planning. Your contributions will help ensure we continue to create high-quality products and services with a strong focus on responsible beauty.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
In an environment where beauty never sleeps, as an Intern - Marketing, you will:
- Develop and manage our own channels and standalone boutiques in Singapore
- Focus on retail-tainment to enhance branding and customer acquisition
- Encourage repeat purchases from new customers
- Recruit and engage new prospects
Club Clarins (CC) Support
- Input the Point-of-Sales system to update redemption rewards, members’ points/records
- Consolidate the CC redemption request from the store
- Assist the CRM Manager in liaising with vendors to support CRM activities/projects, including printing of forms, ordering of the packaging bags, and etc.
- Support the CRM Manager in the packing and management of instore Club Clarins collaterals and products
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Care team on Customer point enquiries
System and Database Management
- Support the maintenance and management of customer and lead data to ensure data integrity including data reconciliation, data integration and data audits
- Work with the CRM Manager to manage digital transformation, consolidation and integration of all data sources (inbound and outbound) from various internal and third-party sources
- Work closely with Regional CRM & IT teams in implementation and user testing for enhancements/changes to Point-of-Sales and Club Clarins related systems
Trade and Brand Support
- Support the artwork and captions necessary to support promotions.
- Assist and support events executions.
- Logistic support in GWP and goodie bags packing
- Be in touch with Beauty Coaches and store requests
Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title Intern - Marketing.
YOU HAVE:
- Able to commit internship period from July - December (Minimum 5 months)
- No prior experience required but generally eager to learn and discover a fast-paced business in a multi-cultural and dynamic international company
- Eager to learn from experienced professionals (hard and soft skills)
