Marketing Assistant (6 Months Contract)

As one of the top skin care companies worldwide, with a strong position in Europe and the Americas and growth accelerating in Asia, we’re looking for a Marketing Assistant (6 months contact) based in Singapore.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
This role will be mainly on helping the regional marketing department in Singapore to collect and track external data, or analyze internal data mainly, and help on team’s ad-hoc administrative activities. Some examples of tasks could be:
- Pricing tracking of Clarins & competitors by markets
- Sending out parcels to markets
- Competitors new launches tracking (data collection online and in-store)
- Data tracking & capture of SNS platforms
- Collect marketing campaigns results and compile into APAC consolidated reports
- Collect market trends/ news and compile into reports
Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title of Marketing Assistant (6 months contract).
YOU HAVE:
- Junior marketers or entry level staffs working in personal care/beauty industry who developed interests in Marketing
- New graduates or university students who are eager to explore the world of Marketing
- Proficiency in Chinese or Japanese language will be an advantage to communicate with Asian market
- Eager to learn and cultivate self-challenge mindset to do things in a better way
- A good teamplayer
- Willing to communicate and interact
- Highly motivated and outcome driven
- Dare to share and bring young POV to the team
