THE ROLE:
As part of the Clarins Beauty Coach Team, you act as our Brand Ambassador in promoting the brand’s skincare products to our customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Promote our brand’s skincare products over the counter
- Be part of the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high level of service excellence in retail touchpoints
- Perform skincare consultation and product demonstration over the counter to customers
- Build relationship with customers, uphold and enhance customer experience, and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions
YOU HAVE:
- Minimum GCE N/O Level qualification
- Good interpersonal skills, independent, driven & possess initiative
- A good team player
- Willing to work retail hours (shift work, weekends and public holidays)
- Passionate about the beauty and service industry
