Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a R&D Researcher - Claim Evaluation (12 months contract) based in Singapore.
THE ROLE:
This role will require to support new product launches in APAC in the aspects of efficacy, claims and sensorial experience to deliver high quality products & services and achieve our vision as the most trusted customer-centric beauty company.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Project Management: Monitor and consolidate efficacy abstracts of competitors on a monthly basis.
- Gather insights by comparing competitor product claims against claims submitted in abstracts
- Assist in pre-tests and volunteer database development in Singapore, including sample courier/shipment, data collection, etc
- Monitor and consolidate makeup and haircare product trends in APAC
- Support other ad-hoc projects/tasks including product launch demo
Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title R&D Researcher - Claim Evaluation (12 months contract).
YOU HAVE:
- Minimum Diploma in Science, e.g. cosmetic science, life science, biological science
- 2 - 3 years of experience in related field
- Scientific background with keen interest in skin care and cosmetic industry
- Able to manage cosmetic claim evaluation, project management, data collection and analysis, report writing
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Customer-focused, results-oriented and passionate
- Capacity to prioritize and work in a fast pace environment
- Team player, open-minded, adaptive to change and agile
