Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We’re looking for a Marketing Intern - Travel Retail APAC (Mar - Aug 2022) based in Singapore.
THE ROLE:
The Marketing Intern will have to:
- play a key supporting role for the Travel Retail Global team ensuring a smooth and dedicated coordination between regional hubs and global functions regarding operational topics and adhoc requests
- providing data-mining ground work to support all kind of analysis (Pricing, Generation, Cube, Beaute research/NPD, distribution footprint, traffic data, etc).
This role will give him/her the opportunity to gain a working experience in a global environment across all continents while being exposed to all marketing functions and cross-cultural environments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Communication flow support
- Support the TR Global Marketing team as needed for any regional or global requests in a timely manner
- Provide necessary support to regional hubs for specific requests linked to 360, products, animations
- Support on all requests related to translations
Product Launches/Campaign support
- Support the Marketing Manager and Executive to analyze new product launch potential using available internal and external data
- Support the TR Global Marketing team in creation of detailed creative briefs for TR exclusive launches and campaigns, leveraging on brand DNA, consumer insights and competition landscape
- Support on the consolidation of pre and post-mortem campaign launches
Data/Pricing support
- Coordinate with the teams on the consolidation of data and KPI tracking
- Support the team on the extraction and analysis of sell-in and sell-out data
- Support the team on the extraction and analysis of pricing data
ADMINISTRATIVE AND REPORTING
- Support the global marketing team in reporting and admin support when needed (business review, sales reporting, competition, consumer insights, monthly trends reports, PO/PR, invoicing, etc)
TRAVEL RETAIL EVENT (Tax-free Cannes/Singapore, any other relevant events)
- Support the good execution of TR events (products, mock-up, gifts, visuals, etc)
All other adhoc tasks that might be assigned that are consistent with the title of Global Travel Retail Marketing Intern.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor of Business Administration/ Marketing/ Communication or any other relevant field
- Passionate and curious about Travel, Luxury distribution and/or Beauty
- Passionate about digital and medias
- Analytical and sensitive to numbers
- Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel, World, Outlook)
- Ability to work across multiple markets and cultures, collaborates easily with others and adapts to different working styles.
- Organized and meticulous
- Reliable, gets things done on time and takes responsibility for the quality of all deliverables with a strong attention to details
- Eager to learn and discover a fast pace business in a multi-cultural and dynamic international company
