Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to our existing pool of customers.
Establishing good rapport with both new and existing clients.
Handling and planning of daily schedule for technicians.
Raising of credit notes if any.
Doing of consolidation of service reports.
Work closely with all departments in daily operations.
Assist line manager in daily operation issues.
Others ad-hoc duties as assigned by Team Leader/ Line manager.
