This position reports to the Corporate Financing and Treasury Director, and interfaces with internal stakeholders and external lenders. Cleantech Solar is a leading provider of renewable energy to corporations in Southeast Asia and India. The company owns and operates more than 300 solar power plants across the 7 countries.
The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in a quantitative discipline such as accounting, mathematics, etc with keen interest in the fast growing renewable energy sector.

Job Description

Responsibilities

The individual will have the opportunity to:

  1. Participate in day-to-day treasury activities such as cash flow management, bank account management, bank guarantee management, loan management, etc

  2. Participate in financial modelling handling, cash flow projection, and any other related treasury tasks using Microsoft Excel

  3. Participate in debt management and monitoring for renewable energy projects

  4. Manage debt utilisation process by working closely with internal and external stakeholders

  5. Assist in data collection and evaluation to ensure data accuracy

  6. Improve efficiency and productivity of internal process

  7. Gain experience with Customer Relationship Management Platform (SalesForce), Data Visualisation tool (PowerBI), and data analysis using Excel

Competencies

  1. Active Participation in day-to-day treasury activities such as cash flow management, bank account management, bank guarantee management, loan management, etc
  2. Active participation in financial modelling, cash flow projection, and any other related treasury tasks using Microsoft Excel

  3. Ability to collect, evaluate and interpret data, in both statistical and narrative form with strong attention to detail

  4. Participation in debt management and reporting for renewable energy projects

  5. Ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders (to develop good communication and team management skills)

  6. Improve efficiency and productivity of internal process
