Finance & Accounting

• Opportunity to work under the Financial Controller who is a qualified CPA / Chartered Accountant.
• Assist in Account Payable and/or Receivable.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
• Work closely with the Financial Controller to maintain, review and implement financial and accounting policies to ensure compliance with company’s policies and good governance, practice and standards.
• Assist in any other finance-related matters as required

Administration

• Provide administrative support to the Finance & Operations team.
• Liaise and coordinate with outsourced corporate services firm on SOP audit & compliance
• Other Ad-hoc duties if assigned.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business fields
• 2 years of relevant experience preferably from service / hospitality / healthcare / retail industry
• Recent university or polytechnic graduates in relevant fields without work experience but with good attitude and academic records are welcome to apply.
• Experience working in fast-growing SMEs will be an advantage
• Good in planning and organising work flow, with strong in numeracy, analytical and good interpersonal skills
• Good English and Chinese communication skills
• Enjoy working in fast-paced and dynamic environment
• A multi-tasker and learner with self-motivation and integrity
• Strong proficiency in Excel and proficient in Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint and IT systems
