Business Development Executive (Basic + Commission)
This position requires the candidate to meet the client on-site. Candidates will be provided with OJT to ensure an effective transition into the role. Candidates will also be enrolled into Google’s e-learning and certification programme to ensure the candidate is familiar with products they are presenting to the client.
Specific Responsibilities:
Individuals to be involved in:
- Generate new business with business owners.
- Manage portfolio accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
- Provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

- Active participation in strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes
- Digital marketing tools to analyze client’s business
- How to engage customers professionally and maintain relationship
- Sales skills and techniques
