Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and resourceful intern to join our Human Resources team to develop and undertake strategies that promote our employer brand to internal and external stakeholders as well as undertake other HR functions as assigned.

Key responsibilities:

Working with members of the Human Resource team, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Assist in building and enhancing our talent acquisition initiatives, such as building an early career graduate programme

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop a recruitment pitchbook and propose content for corporate website and career pages to promote our employer branding

• Support in the coordination and execution of engagement activities during campus events such as career fairs, information sessions and networking events

• Provide recruitment administrative support, including maintaining candidate databases and organising recruitment materials.

• Support in reviewing and enhancing the on-boarding program with a view to enhance employee experience

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop internal communication and branding strategies to enhance communications of our employee experience initiatives, such as the internal HR newsletter.

• Participate in other HR projects as needed.


Knowledge/ Experience Required:

• Pursuing an academic degree in a relevant field of study such as HR, Communications or Business

• Familiar with working on early careers and talent acquisition initiatives

• Passionate about working on HR initiatives

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

• Organized, motivated and strong prioritization capabilities

• Self-starter and effective team player with ability to demonstrate initiative and work well with minimal supervision and within tight timeframes
