Business Admin Associate - HR & Admin, Finance & Accounting, IT
Job Description – support Business Admin Manager in the following:
• Manage bosses’ calendar, organize meetings, correspondences
• Organize publicity campaigns, charity events, media and internal communications
• Support sales & marketing department in printing materials, create marketing strategies, plans and budget; manage social media campaigns and platforms
• Liaise with company secretary, lawyers and bankers, and conduct checks on all related documents
• Assist in project analysis and presentations/ proposals/ summaries
• Financial analysis and planning, reporting, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable and receivable, inventory and costs control, budget and forecast to facilitate management decision making
• Optimisation, cashflow forecast, management of expenses and expenditures, budget consolidation and forecast, debt management and collection
• Preparation and submission of reports including auditor and financial analyst reports; profit and loss statements and balance sheet; all quarterly/annual regulatory reports and applications; other reports as required

• Maintain and ensure compliance with financial procedures manuals, accounting standards, audit and submission of statutory and tax compliance
• Review financial reports & timely report findings & recommendations to management
• Develop, streamline and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls; make recommendations for improvement where necessary
• Execute business goals and objectives; be a strong business executive
• Co-ordination with inter-departmental or external parties
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Sales & Marketing Associate - Business Development
Job Description – support Business Development Manager in the following:
• Build long term client relationships by understanding clients’ issues, provide relevant & timely solutions
• Arrange marketing events for clients re specific issues/ products/ services
• Source new sales channels through inbound leads and outbound cold calls/ emails
• Client Relationship & Database Management – input/ analyse/ discuss pipeline with Management
• Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns
• Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to boost company profile on various social media platforms
