Job Description

Business Admin Associate - HR & Admin, Finance & Accounting, IT 

Job Description – support Business Admin Manager in the following:

 • Manage bosses’ calendar, organize meetings, correspondences

• Organize publicity campaigns, charity events, media and internal communications

• Support sales & marketing department in printing materials, create marketing strategies, plans and budget; manage social media campaigns and platforms

• Liaise with company secretary, lawyers and bankers, and conduct checks on all related documents

• Assist in project analysis and presentations/ proposals/ summaries

• Financial analysis and planning, reporting, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable and receivable, inventory and costs control, budget and forecast to facilitate management decision making

• Optimisation, cashflow forecast, management of expenses and expenditures, budget consolidation and forecast, debt management and collection

• Preparation and submission of reports including auditor and financial analyst reports; profit and loss statements and balance sheet; all quarterly/annual regulatory reports and applications; other reports as required

• Liaise with government agencies, external auditors, financial institutions, tax agents, legal and compliance officers, and business partners and drive their performance

• Support full administrative functions

• Prepare notification and forms related to any and all material changes to the company as required by government agencies

• Maintain and ensure compliance on processes with statutory requirements, internal controls & compliance manual as well as all relevant legislation, regulations, directions, notices and guidelines

• Maintain and ensure compliance with financial procedures manuals, accounting standards, audit and submission of statutory and tax compliance

• Review financial reports & timely report findings & recommendations to management

• Develop, streamline and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls; make recommendations for improvement where necessary

• Execute business goals and objectives; be a strong business executive

• Co-ordination with inter-departmental or external parties

• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• MBA/BA/BS students or fresh graduates

• Advantage: Business Admin/ Finance & Accounting/ Economics/ Commerce/ HR/ IT

• Strong communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal

• Cheerful and outgoing personality, have an interest in working with people and the ability to provide great service with a smile

• Ability to build relationships with Management & staff in all departments, understand their environment, and introduce new concepts to solve problems

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to enhance efficiency

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly-changing environment

• These technical skills may have an advantage: Excel/ Google Sheets proficiency, full set of Accounting, Computing & Coding

 

Sales & Marketing Associate - Business Development 

Job Description – support Business Development Manager in the following:

 • Build long term client relationships by understanding clients’ issues, provide relevant & timely solutions

• Arrange marketing events for clients re specific issues/ products/ services

• Source new sales channels through inbound leads and outbound cold calls/ emails

• Client Relationship & Database Management – input/ analyse/ discuss pipeline with Management

• Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns

• Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to boost company profile on various social media platforms

• Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics and videos on social media and traditional news outlets 

• Develop & implement sales & marketing strategies to expand company client base and maintain strong market presence

• Pursue sales leads to convert into new sales revenue

• Follow-up on leads, enquiries, enrolments and payments via phone, email and social media platforms

• Work with the Management to achieve individual KPIs and overall team sales targets

• Ensure existing customers continue to renew existing contracts & upgrade services offered by our company

• Ambassador of reputable company image

• Handle customers’ enquiries, coordinate re-training & attendance records

• Periodic sales & marketing reports with key business insights: eg. Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Targets, Market Segmentations 

• Preparation of other relevant reports (eg. client enquiries, event attendance, marketing statistics, sales) for monitoring & evaluation of sales performance and effectiveness of re-training programs

• Coordinate with other internal departments on training delivery &/or sales support

• Liaise with government query about event licensing, ensure compliance with government-related guidelines

• Research on industry trends; provide feedback on competitors & company products/ services

• Initiate ideas to increase business revenue

• Responsible for marketing/sales & external/ internal promotions

• Involvement in marketing and sales campaigns, including advertising, cold calling, exhibitions or fairs and other public exercises

• Maintain sales & marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training staff; counselling/ disciplining, scheduling, monitoring & appraising sales staff KPIs
