Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing:

• Schedule and manage social media posts to increase brand visibility and engagement.

• Monitor social media metrics and contribute to adjusting strategies for better performance.

• Liaison officer between vendors and company

• Maintenance of website and social media platforms

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):

• Work closely with external marketing agencies to oversee SEM and SEO efforts, ensuring effective online visibility and lead generation.

• Provide input on optimising keywords and content to improve search rankings.

Other duties:

• Manage charity events, media and internal communications

• promote positive public profile for key persons, organisation and its products/services

• develop marketing materials, arrange interviews, manage social media campaigns and platforms

• Assist in creating marketing strategies, plans and budget

• Assist in project analysis and presentations/ proposals/ summaries

Skills required

• Strong client and product/service awareness, and marketing techniques

• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills

• Good organizational and planning skills

• Strong presentation skills and use of multimedia

• Good attention to details and accuracy

• Good work ethics, creativity, self-motivation, initiative and team player

• Some experience with data analysis, spreadsheet, basic graphic design is beneficial

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Currently pursuing a degree in/graduated from Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field.
