Job Title: Marketing Operations Intern

Duration: 3 months contract with potential for extension/ full-time conversion

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Intern to assist our Marketing team in building and managing our leads database to ensure smooth workflow of marketing strategies and campaigns at Cloud Kinetics. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to work alongside a dynamic marketing team and gain exposure to the B2B IT space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads Management: Own, build and maintain our leads database and proactively build and consolidate contacts from various platforms (such as Lusha, LinkedIn etc.)
• Data Enrichment & Segmentation: Cleanse, enrich and segment prospect lists from various campaigns, and assist sales in identifying and extracting relevant leads contacts for targeted outreach
• Event Support: Provide operational and logistical support to the Marketing Manager to ensure smooth execution of events
• Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing campaigns, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of marketing data and reports

Requirements:

• Current student or recent graduate from Polytechnic/ ITE
• Proficient in reporting and analytics, with a strong command of MS Excel
• Familiarity with database platforms (Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail in ensuring data hygiene and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
