Job Description

Duties of the CRM Assistant:

  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Assisting and supporting the CRM team with initiatives that drive customer retention and customer loyalty
  • Coordinating the production of marketing communications including email marketing materials
  • Preparing interesting written copy for email marketing
  • Proofread email marketing messages for clarity, grammar and spelling
  • Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
  • Collating of information for promotional literature
  • Implementing brand guidelines and support marketing content creation
  • Assisting operational marketing plans with guidance
  • Supporting marketing executives in organizing various projects and reports
  • Providing administrative support to a team or as part of a project.

Requirements:

  • Able to start by July 2017 and work for at least 3 months
  • GCE A level or Diploma equivalent in any subject related to retail, marketing or communications
  • Ability to implement operational marketing plans with guidance
  • An understanding of marketing practices and theories
  • Experience of maintaining effective working relationships
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Communicates effectively orally, in writing
  • Uses effective learning or professional practice to support excellence
  • Plans, prioritises and organises work to achieve objectives on time
  • Works collaboratively in a team and where appropriate across or with different professional groups
  • Uses initiative or creativity to resolve problems
