Job Description

Club 21 is seeking an intern to join its Sustainability and Corporate Citizenship department.

Scope of Responsibilities

As an intern, you will support Club 21 in its Sustainability and Corporate Citizenship efforts across its fashion retail business, and sister companies SuperNature, Culina and COMO Lifestyle.

You will be given ownership of mini projects contributing to initiatives under the purview of the Club 21 Sustainability team. These projects will straddle internal employee engagement and external customer-facing campaigns.  Through this opportunity, you will gain insights to business considerations in rolling out initiatives and campaigns, as well as collaborate cross-functionally to ensure their execution and success.  

There is also prospect of gaining exposure to the philanthropic field through COMO Foundation.

You will work closely with the Programme Associate, reporting to the Director of Sustainability and Corporate Citizenship.

  • Able to research, collate and synthesise information and trends via various channels
  • Collaborative -  Ability to connect and work well within the team, and across business functions;
  • Resourceful in engaging external partners and employees to support the sustainability efforts of Club 21
  • Organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Independent; taking ownership of assigned projects and acting on instructions with minimal supervision;
  • Analytical, with a problem-solving mindset
  • Design skills with a creative eye are bonus.
